Claire’s Too

This structure served as the JLC office since the original construction in 2009.  In 2015 we had to say goodbye to the space when the owners of Claire’s on Cedros decided to expand their business with a with a coffee bar and other to-go offerings.  The simple shell of concrete block and glass garage doors continues serve its occupants well.  JLC handled basic design and permit process for the new build-out.
